Hooray.

We did it! Yay guyz, we've got the cabin reserved. Thanks so much to those of you that got your deposit in on time. The rest of you... we still love ya! :P We did have one person back out at the last minute, unfortunately that resulted in the prices going up just slightly. We've got 13 people coming as of right now!

We've gone to Sam's to get an idea of prices for everything, the key is definitely buying in bulk for this size group. I'm going to get an estimate as to how much everything will cost together, and hopefully we'll be able to get that $30 for food per person down some. No guarantees though.

As for the van, we're still working on it. Unfortunately the policies at most of these companies does not work for us. We're holding out hope for one more company, we have what is required for their policy but they don't book until two weeks before. So we've gotta reserve it exactly two weeks prior before someone else swoops in and grabs it. Rates are still being negotiated.

Since we've got the basics figured out, we need to go ahead and start figuring out what kinds of things you all want to do once we get there. Of course we are white water rafting on Saturday morning, and I think everyone has been made informed of the M.I.A. themed party on Saturday evening. Bring your 90s gear people!!! Friday- since that is arrival day, I'm thinking we can go to the Parkway that evening... there's race cars, bumper cars, miniature golf, indoor skydiving, arcades, etc. As far as during the day activities, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg have to offer: the wax museum, aquarium, shopping outlet malls, four-wheeling, Dollywood/Splash Country, Smokey Mtn Nat'l Park, the zorb (which looks like lots of fun, basically you're rolling downhill in a huge ball with one or two ppl per ball but i hear it gets really hot), the list truly does go on and on!

In addition the menu has been updated to include salad!! I hope that Ranch dressing is neutral.

Alright well please people, comments and suggestions are welcomed and greatly appreciated! Otherwise I'm planning it all and no one is allowed to complain! :-P
